Think of the dangers on our nation's highways alone.
Even with all the safety equipment in our vehicles, highway deaths still occur. Every day. Every week. Every month. Every year. In fact, the 2017 edition of the National Safety Council's Injury Facts reports that car crashes are the second leading cause of death for all ages.
That's why the NRA strongly urges all Members to strongly consider adding Accidental Death benefits. With cash benefits up to $100,000.00 available, this protection can be an important "just in case" financial cushion for your loved ones.
Plus, as an NRA Member, you cannot be turned down for coverage. No health questions are involved.
All benefit amounts reduce by 50% at age 75, regardless of age at enrollment.
Please refer to the "Terms" section for exclusions.

MONTHLY RATES: Why More NRA Members Choose Accident Protection
While fatal car accidents are a leading cause of death, it's important to remember that accidents can happen anywhere … at any time. But as an NRA Member, you can help give your loved ones the extra money they may need in that situation … just by selecting up to $100,000.00 cash benefits.
Take a look at the monthly rates for NRA families:
|Member & Spouse||$3.50||$7.00||$14.00|
Your NRA Accidental Death Plan premiums will be applied to the payment method selected on a monthly basis. Monthly rates shown do not include the $3.00 administrative fee per premium payment for direct bill, $2.00 administrative fee per premium payment for credit card payments or the $0.50 administrative fee per premium payment for automatic checking withdrawal. Rates and/or benefits may be changed on a class basis. You will be notified at least 31 days prior to any change.
Your Accidental Death coverage starts the first day of the month after your enrollment form and first premium payment are received.
You are guaranteed acceptance as long as you are an NRA Member. You can't be singled out for cancellation or for a premium increase due to a change in your health or job. Your coverage will continue as long as you pay your premiums on time, you remain an NRA member in good standing, and the Master Policy remains in force.** Benefits reduce 50% at age 75 and over, regardless of age at enrollment.
